It depends on the size and the levels of complication in the geometry.  Most lights take around two weeks to complete.  We also have a wait list but also do our best to fit into your timeline.

Yes. We have an extremely safe packing system that we have developed over many years. We have sent from Australia to the US, Canada, China, Japan and across Europe. We use several layers of double-sided eco bubble wrap, packing beads and thick custom made cardboard boxes.

In terms of price, it does depend on the size, shape, levels of complication in the shape and glass used.  As a general guide, not including shipping, the price range is as follows.  We do offer discounts for multiple lights purchased.

We offer a 12 month warranty on the internal lighting fixture.

All lights must be installed by a licenced electrician.  We provide you with all the guidelines and instructions. It is also possible for us to provide you with a custom made stand (for an additional fee) for your light for the smaller pieces.

Yes, absolutely! We have a specially designed system so the globe can be easily changed. We provide you with a long-lasting globe but also all the instructions to be able to change it in the future.
